Control over the decisions issued by the National Council on Prices and Reimbursement of the Prices of Medicinal Products (NSCRLP) is carried out administratively before the Transparency Commission, on the basis of Art. 266, para. 1 of the Medicinal Products in Human Medicine Act. The decisions of the Council may be appealed in court and without exhausting the possibility of contesting them in administrative order.
Complaints against decisions of the National Council on Prices and Reimbursement of Medicinal Products are submitted to the Commission on Transparency through the NCPR within 14 days of their communication to the interested parties.
